Q1. Is applying for residency easy?

A. Sure! Just visit the office, complete a short Rental Application and pay the required application fee. We'll review the information contained in your Rental Application and let you know when you are approved!

Q2. Does the community have homes available for rent?

A. Unfortunately, no.  However, we encourage you to contact our sales representative to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new or pre-owned home at Sea Air Village.  You may be surprised at how easy it is to qualify for a home!

Q3. When is my monthly rental payment due?

A. Your monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. However, rent is payable through the 5th of the month without penalty.

Q4. Does the community permit me to have pets?

A. Yes! Residents are permitted to have two (2) registered "domesticated" pets per household. However, noisy, unruly, dangerous or exotic pets (i.e. Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Wolf Breed, snakes, etc.) will not be allowed in the community. An additional monthly fee, per pet, may apply. Please contact the community office for additional information.

Q5. What amenities does the community have?

A. Amenities vary from community to community. The amenities at this community can be found by clicking on the "Overview" tab under "Community Information".

Q6. Am I permitted to use the community's clubhouse for private parties or gatherings?

A. In most cases, yes! A small deposit is required prior to use, and it will be returned once community management has determined the facilities were left in a clean and undamaged fashion. Please contact the community office for more information.

Q7. Does the community have any homes available for purchase?

A. We typically have a nice selection of homes of varying floor plans and sizes available for purchase. Just click on the "New Homes" and "Pre-Owned Homes" tabs under "Home Sales" to find our current inventory of homes.

Q8. I am interested in one or more homes currently listed for sale. How can I schedule an appointment to see them?

A. It's easy! You can schedule an appointment in one of two ways:

  • Call our community management at the toll-free number shown in the right margin toward the top of this page.
  • Schedule an appointment via email by clicking on the "View Details" link for any home you wish to see, and then completing the brief "Schedule a Viewing" form.
