Season runs from April 15^th through November 15th

 

Nightly Rate:       $50.00

Weekly Rate:       $350.00

Monthly Rate:     $850.00

Seasonal Rate:    $3,090.00

 

Seasonal Payment Plan:  $515 per month from December 1^st thru May 1^st

Security Deposit: $100.00

 

Rent Includes:

Water, trash pick up two times a week, grass cutting April through October.

Seasonal Pool Pass:  $7.00 per person.

 

Rental Application Fee:  $20.00 per application.
